6 pm to 7 pm
3 wines ~ 3 tasting dishes
$25. per person  [plus tax & gratuity]

featured wines will include:
Sol Rouge, 2006 Viognier from the Russian River,
Sol Rouge, 2007 Rose from Lake County,
Sol Rouge, 2006 Grenache also from Lake County.

Chef Pascal will be complementing each of these wines with food pairings.

our 2nd  event will be Sol Rouge-savory sip & savor dinner
thursday the 21st of August
6:30 pm to approx. 8:30 pm
3-wines ~ 3 course dinner
$65. per person [plus tax & gratuity]

featured wines will include:
Sol Rouge, 2006 Viognier from the Russian River
Sol Rouge 2007 Rose from Lake County
Sol Rouge 2006 Grenache also from Lake County.

Sol Rouge winemaker, Bryan Kane will join us here at savory casual fare for this three course dinner.
Chef Pascal and Chef de Cuisine Chris Hatfield will be preparing harmonizing dishes for each of three courses. Mr.
Kane will be available to answer questions on the varietals that will be sipped and savored
that evening.

Space is limited, reservations and a deposit will be required.
