napa, schmapa.  savory has an incredible wine list solely dedicated
to the central coast.   leave it to chef | owner pascal to come up with
a list geared toward serious-but-experimenting wine drinkers willing
to ditch silver oak for a night in favor of a hedonistic pinot noir from
santa lucia highlands, a merlot from carmel valley or perhaps a
chardonnay from arroyo grande.
